User Bio From the Centennial State of Colorado, Hailey is a western lifestyle enthusiast! Having had an extensive involvement in 4-H and competing at local jackpots alongside her parents, Hailey is deeply rooted and passionate about the rodeo and agricultural industries. She is a first generation college graduate from Colorado State University, majoring in Animal Science and a minor in Agricultural Business. Her education propelled her into her historic two-year reign as Miss Rodeo Colorado 2020 and 2021, where she promoted her passion through her platform, “#BeAnAgvocate.” Hailey continued her goal of being a steward and promoting the future of agriculture through her next biggest achievement, being crowned Miss Rodeo America 2022. After traveling over 100,000 miles, attending various PRCA rodeos across the country and events, Hailey transitioned her devotion for the western way-of-life to her role with The Cowgirl Channel, the first-ever 24/7 broadcasting network dedicated to covering women in rodeo and the western culture. To give back to a culture that has given her so much, most recently Hailey has started her own personal coaching program, Gold Crown Coaching, for rodeo queens of all ages. Hailey now resides in Oklahoma with her fiancé and their two Australian Shepards. Hailey’s first priorities will always be her family, both two legged and four legged, and being grateful for the blessings she has been gifted. She want to encourage those to strive for their goals, be diligent and remember to #BeAnAgvocate!

I am committed and extremely passionate in providing opportunities for young women to grow and maximize their knowledge while promoting the professional sport of rodeo and the legacy of the western lifestyle. I believe in being diligent when a goal is in place, and with determination can you become a queen of your own destiny. Which is why I am excited to offer a one-on-one, personal coaching experience for all ages; cultivating successful, prominent leaders, both in and out of the rodeo arena. My objective is to provide the proper tools for young women to be successful at a pageant, as well as, after; our present is just as important as our future!
