Our goal
AG Women Connect aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and the member account. We check pages on phones and computers, with a keyboard and with accessibility testing tools.
What we build in
- Every page works with a keyboard, with clear focus outlines.
- Anything that moves on its own has a Pause button, and moving features stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Photos have written descriptions, and photos are shown whole.
- Readable type sizes, strong color contrast and large buttons that are easy to tap.
- Forms tell you clearly what is missing, in words, not only in color.
- Videos have captions where we can provide them.
Known limits
Some older blog posts and outside partner sites, such as payment and ticket pages, may not fully meet these standards yet. We are reviewing older posts as they move to the new site.
