User Bio Bailee Cooper, PhD, Dietitian, is an author, speaker, AGvocate, mama and cowgirl at heart. A west Texas native, Cooper is the owner of Rural Health Education, which is a nutrition private practice created to support and empower nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle for rural communities. Cooper received her PhD in exercise science and nutrition from North Dakota State University, where she was a research dietitian on the Healthy Aging Research Team, who implemented human research studies on the impact of animal-protein on muscle quality, strength, endurance and metabolism. In her spare time, Cooper trains performance horses alongside her husband in west Texas who is a small animal veterinarian in Wolfforth.
