User Bio Agriculture has shaped Mandi's life since childhood, beginning with a deep love for horses that ignited a lifelong commitment to the industry. From the barrel racing arena to boardrooms and events, she’s remained devoted to promoting and supporting agriculture through education, communication, and community involvement. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Animal Production from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Agribusiness and Economics from West Texas A&M University. She brings over five years of experience in communications, operations, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in social media strategy, brand management, and event coordination. She currently serves as the Director of Member Services at Ag Women Connect and Communications and Operations Specialist at AgriVision Farm Management, where she leads initiatives to strengthen agricultural communities across Texas and beyond. Mandi lives in Paradise, Texas, with her husband, Ty, and their daughter, Ivy. Together, they raise and compete American Quarter Horses—she barrel races, and he team ropes—continuing a legacy of agricultural passion both professionally and personally.
