User Bio Tanya Foerster grew up on a ranch in northeastern New Mexico where she was very active in 4-H and FFA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University in 1998 and began her career with Capital Farm Credit in 1999. She currently serves at the director of advertising and communications for the $11 billion agricultural lending cooperative. Tanya oversees and manages the marketing budget and all aspects of advertising efforts and public and member relations for CFC. Tanya lives in Shallowater and she her husband, Anthony, have five kids. She donates her time to many area boards and organizations and is active in the agricultural community. She is past president of the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership (TALL) alumni and received the Distinguished TALL Alumni award in 2019. She currently serves on the TTU Matador Institute for Leadership Engagement (MILE) advisory board, the Ranching Heritage Center board and the Lubbock County Expo Center board. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys playing golf watching college football and helping her kids with their show pigs.
