User Bio Dr. Nicole Nicholson is an Educational Psychologist, researcher, and 5th generation cattle rancher in Morro Bay and Cayucos, California. Her family's commercial operation specializes in certified red angus beef. In addition to assisting her father, Bill and mother, Tracy with production, Dr. Nicholson is passionate about the genetics and marketability of their cattle. She works closely with her two brothers, Chad and Clint to market their beef to a variety of consumers. In addition to ranching, Dr. Nicholson has spent over 20 years in education. As an expert in typical and atypical learning patterns, Dr. Nicholson provides assessment and intervention to children and young adults with learning disabilities, attention disorders, and other health impairments.
