Business Bio The FiberMax Center for Discovery is a nonprofit agricultural education and history center based in Lubbock, Texas. Started as a county historical collection in 1969, today we have grown to a 24-acre park, with over 30,000 square feet of static and interactive exhibits looking at agriculture's past, present and future. Our Plains Cotton Growers Conference Center hosts event rentals from industry training to weddings and reunions. In June 2023, we will break ground on a brand new addition with a children's agricultural literacy wing aimed at 4th grade and younger, a classroom, and a cotton heritage center. Our exhibits and programming work together to tell ag's story to a variety of audiences from kids to adults. We have lots of opportunities for people to get involved, volunteer, and support us through membership. We are excited about the future and proud to be a member of Ag Women Connect.
