User Bio A self-proclaimed 'Chief People Officer,' Jodi Lynch Findley is a confident, competent, and articulate trainer, facilitator, and speaker. She’s a customer-experience obsessed, forward thinker skilled at cultivating long-term, memorable, professional connections; and teaching others to do the same. Jodi is a proud 1st generation college grad that has grown through a 20-year ag sales career into a collaborative, creative, and purposeful people leader. In 2023 Jodi launched her own business, JodiSpeaksLIFE, to help teams grow stronger and more effective, and individuals grow more skilled, confident, and empowered to lead from where they are. She educates, workshops, and inspires skill building to improve individual and team communication, effectiveness, satisfaction, results, and relationships. Jodi is a passionate ag and equine industry ambassador, obsessed with driving herself and others to be more fabulous while having more fun than some people think we should. From horse crazy kid to high-school FFA, then from college equestrian team to industry leading Equine Specialist, her energy, experiences, and vision educate and engage audiences both inside, and outside, agriculture. Jodi is blessed and grateful to be a daughter of the King, a meant-for-summer, curious adventurer, lover of food, exceptional dog-Mom, and an above average wife with a gypsy soul. You can often find Jodi pulling their RV around the country as she, along with her husband Mike, and their canine kids Jackson & Rein, split their time between Kentucky, Maryland, and Florida!
