Don Rea spent his entire career across all areas of the meat industry. Don also has a lifelong passion for cattle ranching & is dedicated to promoting & developing the youth in the animal science industry through his involvement with Texas A&M University.
His partner Nick Nickelson (Dr. Nick) has experience as a food microbiologist, having spent his career promoting, researching & teaching the highest levels of food quality & safety.
