User Bio I grew up ranching on the central coast of California and have always had a deep appreciation for agriculture, the western way of life, and the farm-to-table approach. I moved to west TX 6 years ago and live here with my husband, son, and another little boy on the way! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at 21 and was able to cure it naturally, which shifted my career to holistic nutrition. That spurred my passion to open Harmony Collective Holistic Health where I offer Holistic Nutrition Programs and Functional Lab Testing. I love helping my clients reconnect with their bodies and find balance within their life. I also offer a cookbook, Recipes From The Ranch, that is full of simple, nutrient dense, whole food recipes. It is important to me to connect my services back to the agriculture community. I always educate my clients about local farms and ranches so they understand where their food comes from and source nutrient dense products to best support their families.
