User Bio Dr. Nicole Nicholson is an educational psychologist, professor, researcher, and 4th generation cattle rancher on the central coast of California. In addition to being involved in her family’s certified red angus cattle operation, Dr. Nicholson’s expertise lies in ADHD, executive functions, and motivation theory. She is passionate about helping women all industries pursue and achieve their educational and occupational goals.
