User Bio I proudly call Howell Township, New Jersey—a farm town in the Garden State—home, where my husband Ron and I raised our two children, Jon and Emily. Like so many families facing health challenges, our journey led us to rediscover the importance of food, farming, and where our meals come from. What started with a backyard garden grew into a passion for supporting American agriculture and helping others reconnect with the land. During the 2024 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. presidential campaign, I led national outreach for what is now known as Make America Healthy Again (MAHA), including Farmers for Kennedy, and created the Kennedy Victory Garden Project. I was inspired by the remarkable history of America’s Victory Gardens, when millions of ordinary citizens planted gardens during World War I and World War II to support our farmers, strengthen local food production, and help feed the nation. That spirit of shared purpose inspired me to found the Victory Garden Alliance Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping Americans localize their food—from a windowsill, backyard, community garden, homestead, farmers market, and local co-op—while supporting the American farmer and rancher. I believe agriculture is about much more than what we grow. It’s about healthy families, strong communities, stewardship of the land, and preserving the traditions that keep America resilient. Whether you grow tomatoes on a patio, shop your local farmers market, or steward generations of farmland, we all have a role in strengthening America’s food future.
