User Bio I am a 2025 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my B.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education with a minor in International Agriculture. Throughout my time at Penn State, I was deeply involved in campus leadership, professional development, and agricultural advocacy. These experiences allowed me to grow as a leader while building connections with people who share my passion for agriculture. During college, I served as President of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Penn State’s FFA Alumni and Supporters Chapter, and Delta Theta Sigma BETA Sisters. I was also involved with Ducks Unlimited, Dairy Science Club, and the University Park Undergraduate Association as the College of Agricultural Sciences Representative. I was honored to be a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Tau Alpha honor fraternities and a GOALS Fellow in Cohort 2. Through these organizations, I developed a strong appreciation for service, leadership, and creating opportunities for others. My professional experiences at Penn State further strengthened my passion for agricultural education and communication. I worked as a Social Media and Communications Intern for the College of Agricultural Sciences, served as a teaching assistant, and worked as a New Student Orientation Leader. I also represented the College of Agricultural Sciences as a Penn State Ag Advocate and represented Agricultural and Extension Education as a Penn State Teach Ag! Avenger. My involvement in agriculture began long before college. I was fortunate to serve as a 2020–2021 Pennsylvania FFA State Officer, an experience that had a tremendous impact on my leadership journey and passion for agricultural education. Since then, I have had the opportunity to represent agriculture in several additional roles, including the 2018 Troy Fair Queen, 2022 Lycoming County Dairy Princess, 2024 Pennsylvania State Honey Queen, and 2025 American Honey Queen. Each experience has allowed me to advocate for agriculture, connect with my community, and encourage others to find their place within the industry. Today, I continue to be involved in agriculture through the Troy Fair Board as the acting Secretary, Bradford-Sullivan County Farm Bureau, and Pennsylvania Young Ag Professionals as the Secretary. I especially value the opportunity to connect with other young professionals who are passionate about agriculture and want to see our industry continue to grow. I am currently an agricultural educator and FFA advisor at Midd-West High School, where I have the opportunity to introduce students to agriculture, leadership, and the many career opportunities within our industry. I am also pursuing my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Commonwealth University–Bloomsburg as I continue to grow as an educator and leader. Outside of education and my involvement in agriculture, I am the owner of Broke Girl Florals, a small floral business that allows me to combine my love of plants, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Through my business, I have been able to develop another connection to agriculture while building something of my own. Agriculture has given me countless opportunities to learn, lead, advocate, and build relationships, and I hope to continue paying those opportunities forward. I am especially passionate about encouraging young women to find their voice, pursue leadership opportunities, and recognize that there is a place for them in agriculture.
