User Bio Lynn is a business owner, agricultural advocate, and experienced leader with a long-standing commitment to advancing women in agriculture. She has previously served as State President of California Women for Agriculture, providing strategic leadership to strengthen advocacy, education, and member engagement across the state. Lynn is also a Peer Support Specialist, speaker, event producer, and consultant, bringing a people-centered and results-driven approach to organizational leadership, strategic planning, and community development. Her work spans advocacy initiatives, program development, and mission-focused events that support rural resilience and sustainable agriculture. Together with her “better half”, they have four amazing adult children, living on Colorado’s Western Slope, where they raise bucking bulls and operate a small artisan beef program. This hands-on experience informs her leadership and deepens her understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s agricultural families. Lynn is passionate about empowering women in agriculture, strengthening rural communities, and preserving the values that sustain farming and ranching traditions.
