User Bio Hey y’all, I’m Brady Evans. I own Rafter E Management, a graphic design and promotional services company dedicated to supporting farm and ranch families and ag-based businesses. I also serve as the Midland/Ector County Extension Agent for Agriculture and Natural Resources, where I work with producers and landowners to strengthen local agriculture through education and community outreach. Since 2016, my family and I have operated Defaid Livestock Company, our Dorper sheep operation based in Ira, Texas. In 2018, I expanded our agricultural roots by opening Defaid Emporium, a general store specializing in our own lamb products and Texas-made foods. I’m passionate about rural entrepreneurship, strengthening ag communities, and helping producers succeed.
