User Bio Alison's connections to agriculture have brought her full circle. She owns Cedar Trails Longhorns, which specializes in grass fed beef. "Cowboys have been eating grassfed beef since before it was a thing." You can't go wrong with "Punchy or Super Punchy beef jerky." Along with grassfed beef and beef jerky. Alison and her husband, Dr. Justen Carroll own a mixed animal veterinary practice and still find time to do most of the ranch work horseback with their cow/calf operation. Alison is also a Registered Veterinary Technician, with a passion for the preventative care and treatment of the equine athlete through Kinesiology and laser therapy.
