User Bio I am 21 years old and I graduated from South Summit High School in 2023. I am a Senior at Tarleton State University. Majoring in Agricultural Communications. I did my internship with Oakeson Performance Horses. They train rope horses, using fundamental horse basics. I aid in training, breaking, and doctoring horses as well as learning other aspects of equine science. I am learning the business side of this company as well including pricing, feed, and organizational processes. I want to learn what it takes to run a small ranch and be a horse wrangler. I’m thrilled to start this new adventure and I’m ready to learn all I can about horses and how to care for them. This internship will help me with my career goal of graduating with a bachelor's degree in agriculture communications from Tarleton State University. While in high school I have been active with the FFA, South Summit High School Rodeo Club, and Summit County 4 H. I also compete in Rodeo Queen contests, breakaway, roping, barrel racing, and reining competitions. I recently joined the Wasatch Claybusters.
