I had the pleasure of touring a cucumber plant where our local farmers in the Hale Center region grow for Best Maid Pickles. Such an incredible process to see firsthand! They harvest around a half a million to a million cucumbers a day during their season. About 3,000 acres are harvested by 15 farmers from the area. Texas Proud!
